Does bachelor in Computer science gets priority?

I'm planning to apply for Quebec as Skilled Worker. I was wondering whether bachelor of technology in Computer science will get priority treatment or not?

IT is not more a demanded profession. Normal processing times will apply. Other professions like Aeronautics, Bio Eng , Stem cell , Phd , Automobile , Aero space , etc ave good demand and they get visa immediately after applying.

Also, other professions Like Nurse , Fitter , carpenter , Electrical engineer , Other workman ship jobs have a great demand and if you fall in this you get visa very easily.
