My application was received by Montreal office on Jun 1, 2011. I received a copy of the my AOR in September. It was lost. But money was charged on June 8. There are many difficult questions you'll be asked on the interview. If you have enough points and you are not very good in languages, I will recommend you to hire an interpreter.
