Quebec selected immigrants can move out from Quebec? Options

I am planning to apply for Quebec immigration under skilled worker program and is it possible to work out side of Quebec and other provinces in Canada once we get PR from Quebec?

The whole idea of applying thru the QSW stream is to ensure that the applicants stay & work in Quebec. In the application form you essentially sign a contract stating that you will learn french, stay in quebec etc.

recently the authorities have started cracking down on applications who abuse the system by applying through a provincial stream and then skip to other provinces. this is trackable ofcourse ! how ? through the tax authorities..

If you say apply for Quebec and try to work else where It will be a violation on your commitment given. You may not be choose next time for extension etc unless proven grounds which are very valid and supportive data . If they ask you have to come back with data , if you cant may be you will be loosing the PR.

My suggestion is dont think on odd routes . be clear on your thoughts and stick to what you say to yourself or any one. if you apply for Quebec and get PR , be in Quebec. if you are unlucky rest follows ..
